1、解压
2、打开开发工具。
3. 菜单中选择 Component->Install Packages
4. 点击 add 按钮 选择到 FastReports 的目录 找到 LibD20 选择所有 *.bpl 文件，然后打开。
5. 安装过程中，会有提示 XXX bpl 已经加载。这个不用管。
6. FastReports 下的 LibD20 要加入到 开发工具的 Library 路径中。
7. 点击 ok 完成安装。
