assignment1-imagefilter ======================= This is the assignment of CS3246, SoC, NUS We will implement image filters in 5 categories as below: Category 1: Theme based to transform a photo to different themes such as oldie,festival, or warm, cold etc.. Category 2: Quality enhancement to improve the quality of pictures, such as tomake it fully or partially sharper, blockish, blurrer etc.. Category 3: HDR picture that inputs multiple photos of same scene but withdifferent lighting or exposure settings, and produce a combined photo. Category 4: Combination of filters, by combining 2 or more filters injsmanipulate to produce a new filter with better feel (subjective) or special effects. Category 5: Produces photos of different styles such as van Gogh or oil-painting styles etc.
