官方下载的apktool最新版，使用时，windows下把apktool.tar.bz2和install-windows两个包解压到同一目录，Linux就把apktool.tar.bz2和install-Linux两个包解压到同一目录，再在文件夹内使用命令即可使用，或加入环境变量全局使用。
