Put the file in stub (_vimrc for Windows, .vimrc for Unix) into your home directory.
This file points to this directory (.vim) so that everything works.

In order to get the plugins, you'll need to run the following git commands:

git submodule init
git submodule update

To get vimproc working, download the following:

Install make, extract mingw to C:\mingw64

Now add ;C:\mingw64\bin\ to your PATH environment variable.

Open a new cmd.exe and cd to .vim\bundle\vimproc and run:

make -f make_mingw64.mak
