This is Perl module WebService::TenkiJp::Radar::Image.

INSTALLATION

WebService::TenkiJp::Radar::Image installation is straightforward. If your CPAN shell is set up,
you should just be able to do

    % git clone git://github.com/Likk/WebService-TenkiJp-Radar-Image.git
    % cd WebService-TenkiJp-Radar-Image

Download it, unpack it, then build it as per the usual:

    % perl Makefile.PL
    % make && make test

Then install it:

    % make install

DOCUMENTATION

WebService::TenkiJp::Radar::Image documentation is available as in POD. So you can do:

    % perldoc WebService::TenkiJp::Radar::Image
