# Appcelerator University: Titanium Mobile Meetup Pack Thanks for checking out App U's Titanium Mobile meetup pack! If you're reading this, you are likely interested in giving a Titanium Mobile presentation for your company, user group, college class, and/or sewing circle. That's great, we're glad to hear it! Use these materials to bootstrap your presentation with enough material for a three hour presentation and lab session. At the end of this presentation, your audience will: - Have a basic understanding of the architecture and APIs of Titanium - Have their laptop configured for mobile development with Titanium - Have a real, functioning application that runs on Android and iPhone devices - Be exposed to all of the support resources and documentation needed to develop independently Your audience will get the most out of this presentation if they: - Have previous experience developing websites and applications with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS - Have a laptop computer they can bring with them for a lab session (or a machine to use) - Pre-install the Titanium Developer as well as the Android and iPhone SDKs on their machine ## What's inside the Titanium Mobile Meetup Pack The meetup pack includes the following materials: - PowerPoint and Keynote presentation slides to direct your meeting - Presenter notes for setup, presentation, and lab components - Source code for starter project and finished product - Visual assets, badges, and promotional materials for your session for web and print ## Okay, I want to give this presentation. It does too! It's just that since the product is in Beta, the SDK undergoes frequent changes, which may or may not have an effect on your code. The APIs should remain static, but some of the releases may have < gasp! > bugs where some of the functionality in this example may not totally work. This example is known to work with the 0.4.0 release of the Titanium SDK and iPhone OS version 3.0. If you need to download the 0.4.0 version of the SDK, it is compressed and included along with this project in the `/code` directory. Download the contents and unzip to /Library/Application Support/Titanium/mobilesdk/osx/ ## Who do I contact if I have questions?
