This repo contains Yvan Richard's R package, and customisation files for R, emacs, screen, bash, and vim.

make 	  	        : convert functions in myfunctions.r into package yrpkg, 
		      	  and install package
make r		        : copy .Rprofile in customisation folder to ~
make y		        : copy all customisation files to ~
make updatepkg          : copy customisation files from ~ to ./customisations
make getpackagelist     : get list of installed R packages and update 
     			  list in repo
make installpackagelist : install list of R packages from repo that are 
     			  not locally installed
